Main Features

3. Automatic hydraulic convex compensation system for worktable(V-axis), to address the slider deformation impact of the work piece during the bending. Numbers of compensation automatically adjusted by CNC system, convenient and accurate. ( mechanical compensation table structure for optional)
4. Back gauge(front and rear location) is the X-axis in CNC bending machine, driven by servo motor, CNC system, transmission through precision ball screw, linear guide, synchronous belt wheel, run fast, positioning data accurately. (Users could expand the R-axis or R1 axes, R2 axis, Z1 axis, Z2 axis, etc.)
5. Front feeding device moves lateral through precision linear guide, easily control the spacing between the arms.
Adjustable height level, which greatly improves the convenience of the work piece bending.
6. With fast clamp pallet bending mold, compatible with deflection compensation mechanism.
Combined type of modular CNC bending mold in order to ensure high precision and high efficiency of bending. Adjusting the position of the lower mold handy in different working conditions.
7. Both ends of the machine are equipped with grating ruler, which are used to measure the exact distance between the slide and the worktable. Machinery frame equipped C type plate, grating installed in the C-plate to eliminate the effect of the column deformation on position of the slider. The slider position feedback data will be transferred to the numerical control system immediately to estimated servo valve control signal S1 ~ S2 and the output, control two hydraulic servo valve output flow, so that two cylinders synchronization.
Activities beam structure for the four-point positioning, good stability, Y1, Y2-axis can be individually programmed, can be planted in partial state, tapered bending ( inclined bending).
Suspend pressure maintaining after bending forming to reduce the resilience of the work piece, the pressure maintaining time can be set.
8. Safety barrier around the machinery, and photoelectric protection device to ensure safety working. (laser protection device for optional).
