* QC12K swing shearing machine adopts inclined edge shearing, because of the simple structure, low failure rate, high shear efficiency and shear after the plate does not occur arch, warping, distortion and deformation is widely used. In the process of shearing, the Angle and clearance of swing plate shears will change with the tool rest rotating
*1. The frame part adopts the combined welding overall structure, with good rigidity, mainly composed of left and right column (wall panel), front wall panel, workbench, oil tank, etc.
*2. The pressing mechanism is composed of a group of pressing feet mounted on the bottom of the frame beam. After entering the pressure oil, the plunger of the presser foot will press the steel plate down. After shearing, the presser foot will rise and reset depending on the spring force.
*3. The upper and lower edge adjustment is realized by turning the handle to adjust the clearance of the blade, driving the sector gear of the two pinion gears on the shaft, and then driving the eccentric bushing on the supporting shaft to rotate.
*4. The tool rest is a fully sealed welding structure with high torsional resistance and good rigidity. It is connected with the frame through the two ends of the supporting shaft, and is equipped with a shear cylinder and a return cylinder.
*5. Shearing machine operator must be familiar with the main structure, performance and use method of shearing machine.
*6. In use, if the machine is found to run abnormally, it should be immediately cut off the power to stop the inspection.
